Famous Lister Le Mans in our hands!

A very rare Lister Le Mans with twin superchargers is with us for assessment and restoration. Many will be familiar with the car, especially when it had the registration DAV1BOY in the ’90’s. Indeed, Theresa and I spotted it on the ferry to Le Mans via Caen in about 1999 and asked the owner what colour it was since it looked so fabulous. (It’s Lister Le Mans blue, by the way).

The superchargers are the centrifugal type, mounted low down, taking air from ducts in the front spoiler. The 7 litre engine has had many improvements over the years, but we are confident of releasing yet more power and reliability with our DEM offering (https://www.kwecars.com/jaguar-upgrade-restoration-services/jaguar-aston-martin-engine-rebuild-services/kwe-digital-engine-management-dem/), and a revamp of engine installation and other mechanicals.
