London’s Ultra Low Emission Zone (ULEZ) will be expanding again, with parts of Essex being included in the newly-drawn map from August 29, 2023. As part of this, Transport for London will launch a £110million scrappage scheme to slash the number of polluting cars on the roads around the capital city.
